The Pertusillo Lake was created by stopping the flow of the higher part of the River Agri, near Spinoso.
The surrounding landscape is covered in woods sloping down to the Lake shores. This place is ideal for those who have a passion for fishing and relaxing walks.
There are many equipped places where it is possible to stop for a meal outside thanks to the many guest farms and restaurants.
This Lake has some shores easy to reach and some rather inaccessible ones, only destined to the most daring fishers. Several lanes go along the Lake making it easier to reach.
Amongst the species of fish living here there are Black Basses and trout, weighing even over 5 kg.
